Here’s my dog, Papillo. He’s about 10 years old in this picture, and I’ve had him since he was a puppy. I wanted to capture the intensity of his gaze. No matter where I am in my home, when I catch a glimpse of him I find that he’s staring at me quietly, expectantly.
